Refund policy

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our fabric dolls, all sales are final.

Each doll is lovingly created in our little clifftop studio and is offered as ready-made from our available collection. As each one is handmade, no two are exactly alike. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your doll arrives damaged in transit, please contact us via our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
